Dear brothers
is with great joy that we announce the return of the Family Project on 20 February. During this week we’re reforming the church and bringing new materials for children. God is blessing a lot.
These will be our new opening hours:
MORNING – 6 to 10 years:
AFTERNOON – 11 years or more
For young children, all activities of the first semester will be based on the theme JOY. The lessons for older children, will be based on the theme: “Who am I? Jesus and Me”.
We have a new distribution of head teachers. Will forward educators accompanied by his assistants in each class. During the afternoon, the Bible lessons will be taught by me, Fernando, Karina, Ana Elisa and a follow-up with two new special educators. In addition, this year we will also have a special room for the psychologist who will attend the children with problems.
We still have many plans and we need prayers that God give us strength to do everything we need.
Thank those who are already praying and keep waiting for news.
love,
~Paulo

Two of our children left the S. Camilo this year: Ana Paula and Luiz Eduardo. Now they are living in the neighborhood called CECAP.
The apartments are new and donated by the city government. We will pray for them to be happy in new home, and if possible, to continue attending the project.

Hello guys, how are you?
Is with great joy that I bring you news from Sao Camilo. The police operation against drugs finally ended. The slum is still under the protection of local police, but everything went very successfully.
For safety, the police department has not released numbers of how many people were arrested, but we are happy because we know that everything should be better now. We do not have permission to go up, but children are usually down.
Our prayers are for all to return to normal before the year ends. We’re missing the families so much.
The project with the older kids are great! Every weekend we’re doing works of art to make a major exhibition at the end of the year. We will take pictures, record videos and collect as much material as we can to send to you.
We are very grateful to all of you concern, and prayers are very important. Thank you very much!
Love and miss u all!!

GOD IS DOING MIRACLES!
The Military Police began this week in the S. Camilo “Operação Saturação”, a major operation in combating trafficking.
Everything was a surprise. No one was aware.
500 men, helicopters, cavalry, special cars and mobile bases are part of the process. It’s the first time this has happened. For now, many criminals have been arrested, many caches have been discovered … the police are living in the slums within the mobile bases and will only leave the place after everything is controlled. The slum is closed, no one can enter or exit without military authorization.
The operation is going on with the help of the population, everyone is safe. This will last for many days, but we know it’s for a good cause. Those families need a safer environment to live, and this initiative by the police is essential.
Thanks to everyone who prayed for the place that’s so amazing.
Because of this, probably not visit the slum at the weekend, but we are praying for everyone.
